Google Chrome Unknown Shortcuts, Tricks, Helpful Tips & Guide

This is a list compiled of helpful tips for using Google Chrome.  Because really, who doesn't want to use a program to it's full potential?

Tip #1: Switching Tabs
There are different ways to switch tabs using keyboard shortcuts like:
To switch to the next tab:
Ctrl+Tab or Ctrl+PgDown
To switch to the previous tab:
Ctrl+Shift+Tab or Ctrl+PgUp
To switch to a specific tab:
Ctrl+1 to Ctrl+8
To switch to the last tab:
Ctrl+9
Ctrl+h = chrome://history/

Tip #2: Shorten Your Bookmarks Bar
Tired of throwing everything into a Bookmark Folder and having to navigate through them all?  Yeah, so were we.  We came upon this helpful tip by accident, a LONG time ago.
Right click on your Bookmarks Bar, then click "add page..."  From there, you type in JUST the URL of the site you want to add.  Don't type in a name.  Hit "Ok," and then you're set.  A little favicon sized bookmark added to your Bookmarks Bar.  While this can still work with sites that don't have favicons, it really works best with websites that do have a favicon, as then you can see what you're clicking on without having to hover over it to make sure it's the one you want to click.

Tip #3: Pin a Tab!
Say you have a certain tab open 100% of the time, and you know what's on it, and you'd like it to take up a little less room across the top of your window. All you have to do is right click on the tab and select 'Pin Tab'. And voila, the tab is now a mere favicon.
