Draw Something is a 2 player game where you draw pictures back and forth, trying to guess what each other's drawings are. You can play with friends from Facebook/Twitter/Email or you can play random users that are also looking for a game.
You start playing by getting three options. You have to select the option that you think you can draw well enough so that the other player can guess it. The options are rated by coins. One coin, two coins, and three coins. The more coins, the harder the option is supposed to be. Let's say you pick the two coin option. If the player you're playing with guesses what your drawing is of, then you get those two coins. Your coins add up from round to round(and they also add up with any other games with other people). Once you hit 249 coins, you can buy new color packs. To start, you just get a few basic colors to draw with, so you'll want to get those coins quickly to be able to draw more detailed images.
As of now, there's no real "winning" or "losing". You just continue drawing back and forth. If someone can't guess a drawing, they hit pass, and then the round total resets to 1, but even then, you can just keep going.
The game was highly addicting when I first picked it up. It's a game you can play as fast and as slow as you want. You don't forfeit after a certain number of days, like you do in Words with Friends, so that's nice if you forget to play for a bit. The company that created the game, OMGPOP, was bought out by Zynga, so we should start seeing new features soon. A couple of features that have already been added are the ability to save pictures of your drawings, and the ability to send messages along with your drawings to your opponents.

Try this game out! Most everyone I know that has tried it has loved it.
